Acting In English By James Longshore is a program designed to prepare Romanian and International actors for English-Language film and tv productions shooting in Eastern Europe. Acting In English improves acting ability for both amateurs and professionals alike. Acting In English is a unique opportunity to learn techniques which are not widely practiced anywhere nearby.
Coach James Longshore set foot in Romania and threw himself into the film industry. What he found is that most just don’t “get it”. That the methods which actors in Romania learn are counter-productive, or at the very least incomplete, to the needs and style of English-Language and especially American films. Entirely new philosophies (well, not new, just not practiced here) had to be introduced and taught. And there was only one man for the job, James Longshore.
“Acting In English By James Longshore” is exclusively the place where these philosophies are taught and learned. James Longshore’s over 28 years of experience in the acting game, and decades of training, study and development, allow him to share many new and exciting concepts and techniques with you, the aspiring or professional international actor.
